Ali returns to the Shad Hadid universe

It has been a minute. While the WGA/SAG strikes have certainly slowed things down this past summer, that doesn’t mean that it hasn’t been a busy few months. In fact, Ali got a chance to return to the world of alchemy, mystery, and Lebanese desserts with the second title in George Jreije’s Shad Hadid series, “Shad Hadid and the Forbidden Alchemies”. Picking up where the last book left off, Shad and his friends uncover a new threat to the Alexandria Academy that leads them to a perilous journey across Lebanon in an attempt to thwart the necromancers’ plans once and for all.
