"Re-Reading Oppression" at The Martin E. Segal Center
Ali had the good fortune to take part in "Re-Reading Oppression," an evening of one-act plays centered around the theme of oppression at the Martin E. Segal Center on April 30th, featuring three significant playwrights from the U.S. (Amiri Baraka), England (Harold Pinter), and Egypt (Salah Abdel Sabour). This event was curated by dramaturg and Segal Center’s 2017/18 Next Generation Fellow Salma S. Zohdi, in collaboration with director Robin A. Eriksen.
